My Art Rules:
1. No stealing. Obviously. I think. Basic rule is that anything on this page is NOT to be used without permission. I don't believe in deleting stuff after sale like some artists do, so I will allow things to remain live here for people who bought them in case they have any issues with it. So it may not even be mine to give you permission, but rather simply something I created. If it is not mine, the information of the new owner will be next to it.
2. Designs are for use on Equiverse only, unless otherwise stated. You are, of course, allowed to upload them to your very own Deviantart, Photobucket, or Imgur account, or to your own art or character website, as this is necessary in order to use them on EV. However, do NOT upload to sites such as Facebook and Twitter which do not respect artists' copyrights. They are not open for use on other games as of this time, sorry.
3. Do not make significant alterations to these designs. I do not consider shading, coloring, wearable add-ons, horns, or pegasus wings to be examples of significant alterations; rather, I am more concerned about changes to the lines themselves outside of what is required to make such additions look good with the design, namely things that fall more under the category of "covering up" small portions of the lines where needed to make a character work rather than altering them. You are welcome to take measures to clean up or brighten the image for use, and you are also more than welcome to add shading as desired or trace the lines to sharpen them (as long as tracing includes my signature).
4. Do not remove my signature from any image. This will be both my name and user I.D., which I handwrite into my sketches. leave the credit, no matter what. That being said, you can use this for any size piece of art, and therefore I am okay with it being resized for use on a tag or signature, or for being used full size for a character. If your resize happens to make it too small for people to read, no big deal...just credit me in the sale post with having created the lines. All I care is that you don't remove my credits.
5. Do not resell without telling me, or for more than you paid. This is for you as much as for me; if I sold it to you, not only do I want a chance to buy it back, but if you sell it to someone else, I need to know who bought it so I can update the ownership on this page. The only exception to the rule of not selling for more than you paid will be if you have created more art that goes with one of my sketches; that is perfectly acceptable.
6. Do not change the name of an art piece. Changing a character name created from the art piece is fine unless otherwise stated, but the name of the actual lines or piece I create is not to be changed. I named it that for a reason, and I consider it to be respect of my work as an artist if you leave it alone.
7. Have FUN using these lines, and if at all possible, I would love to see what you create from them!
